Adding a record

Open DNS management

In the client area: Domains → My Domains → Manage DNS.

Click Add Record

Choose the record type.

Fill in the fields

  • Name/Host — subdomain (use @ for root, www for www.example.com)
  • Value/Target — the destination (IP or hostname)
  • TTL — how long resolvers cache the record (default 3600 is fine)

Save

Changes take effect after DNS propagation (usually minutes to hours).
