  • Quick questions where you’d normally ask a friend
  • Community advice on plugins, mods, and configs
  • Announcements about new products, maintenance, and offers
  • Casual conversation with other server owners

What Discord is not for

  • Sharing account credentials or IPs publicly
  • Reporting suspected fraud or abuse (use tickets)
  • Anything that requires access to your account details
Never share your password, API keys, 2FA codes, or invoice details in Discord — public or DMs. CrazyNode staff will never DM you first asking for credentials.

Verifying your account

Link your Discord to your client area under Account → Notifications to:
  • Receive service alerts as Discord DMs
  • Unlock the customer-only channels on our Discord server
