The client area is where you manage every part of your CrazyNode account — services, invoices, tickets, and profile details.

Main sections

Quick overview of active services, unpaid invoices, open tickets, and recent activity.
List of every product you own. Click a service to access management, renewals, upgrades, and login credentials.
View invoices, add payment methods, download receipts, and manage credit balance.
Open a ticket, view past tickets, and access knowledge base articles.
Manage registered domains, nameservers, DNS records, and transfers.
Update personal details, change password, manage 2FA, and configure notification preferences.

Managing a service

From Services → My Services, click any product to:
  • View server IP, credentials, and connection details
  • Access the game panel or VPS control panel
  • Request upgrades, downgrades, or add-ons
  • Renew, cancel, or transfer the service
  • Enable automatic backups

Notifications

All critical events (invoices, renewals, service changes, security alerts) are emailed to the address on file. Configure additional email or Discord notifications under Account → Notifications.
