# Service Status

> Check CrazyNode network, panel, and product status in real time.

Before opening a ticket about an outage, check the status page — you might see the incident is already being worked on.

## What the status page shows

* **Product health** — game hosting, VPS, web hosting, DNS
* **Network status** per data center location
* **Panel & API** availability
* **Scheduled maintenance** windows (usually announced 48+ hours ahead)
* **Historical uptime** — last 90 days

## Subscribing to updates

Get notified about incidents:

* **Email** — subscribe on the status page
* **Discord** — announcements post automatically in `#status-updates`
* **RSS/Webhook** — for integrations

## During an incident

1. Check the status page for the incident summary.
2. Follow updates as engineers investigate and mitigate.
3. If your service is affected but the incident isn't listed, [open a ticket](/support/tickets) so we can investigate.
