# Terms of Service

> The agreement between you and CrazyNode governing use of our services.

## Overview

By creating an account or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Read them carefully.

## Your account

* You must be at least 18 years old, or have a legal guardian consent, to hold an account.
* You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
* You'll provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it up to date.

## Services and payment

* Services are provisioned automatically upon successful payment.
* Renewal invoices are issued before each cycle. Non-payment results in suspension and eventual termination.
* Prices may change; existing services renew at the price shown when you signed up unless we notify you 30 days in advance.

## Acceptable use

You agree to comply with our [Acceptable Use Policy](/legal/aup). Violations may lead to suspension without notice.

## Refunds

Refunds are governed by our [Refund Policy](/billing/refunds).

## Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Termination for cause (violation of AUP, fraud, or non-payment) is immediate.

## Limitation of liability

CrazyNode's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where CrazyNode is registered.

## Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
