# Privacy Policy

## Information we collect

* **Account data** — name, email, address, phone (for tax/legal compliance)
* **Billing data** — payment method tokens (raw card data is never stored by CrazyNode)
* **Service data** — IPs, usage metrics, panel actions, ticket contents
* **Technical data** — IP addresses, browser type, referral URLs (via standard web logs)

## How we use it

* Deliver and support the services you purchase
* Bill you and prevent fraud
* Send transactional emails (invoices, security alerts)
* Improve our platform and prevent abuse

We do **not** sell your personal data.

## Sharing

We share data only when strictly necessary:

* With payment processors to complete transactions
* With upstream network providers to mitigate abuse
* When legally required (subpoenas, court orders)

## Data retention

* Active account data: retained while your account is active
* Deleted account data: retained for up to 90 days, then purged (except records required for legal / tax compliance)
* Backups: rotated on standard schedules

## Your rights

* Request correction or deletion
* Object to certain processing
