# Billing & Account Overview

> Everything about payments, invoices, upgrades, cancellations, and refunds at CrazyNode.

Manage every aspect of your CrazyNode billing from the client area. This section covers what you need to know about payments, invoices, and plan changes.

## Automatic renewals

All services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You'll receive:

* A **renewal notice** 14, 7, and 1 day(s) before due date
* An **invoice** on the due date
* A **charge** to your saved payment method (if auto-pay is enabled)

Disable auto-renewal from **Services → My Services → \[service] → Actions → Toggle Auto Renew**.
